Refunds and Cancellations

At Super Gravy, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a flexible cancellation and refund policy.

Shipping Info:

  • Minimum delivery timeline - 5 days
  • Maximum delivery timeline - 10 days

Cancellation:

You have the option to cancel your chosen product subscription plan at any time.

  • To initiate cancellation, email us at support@supergravy.in requesting cancellation. We process these requests within 48 hours, after which you won't incur any further charges. You'll be eligible for a 100% refund (please refer to the "Refund" section below).

Please note:

  • For cancellation requests before shipping: Access your account on our website, navigate to "My Subscription Details," and select the order number from "Order History." Alternatively, reach out to our customer support team or email. Our standard response time is less than 48 hours.

  • For cancellation requests after shipping: Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. If the shipment is received, reject it during delivery, and if payment has been made, contact customer support for a refund.

Refund Policy (No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee):

Customer satisfaction is paramount to us. If our products didn’t meet your expectations and you're dissatisfied with the results, contact our customer support team viaemail at support@supergravy.in to request a refund. Refund requests raised within 30 days of the order are eligible for a 100% refund.

However, according to our Super Gravy Fair Use Policy, refunds requested after 30 days will be applicable only for the remaining plan duration.

  • For prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, with a reversal of credits taking 3-5 business days. For cash on delivery orders, a payout link will be sent to your registered email and mobile number. Bank account details must be provided for refund processing.

Please note:

  • Membership cancellation is initiated upon refund request. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Note: Festive Gift Boxes purchased during the Super Gravy Beauty Festival are not eligible for replacements or refund claims.

Replacement:

If you receive a damaged product or the packaging is compromised to the extent that you cannot use the product, contact our customer support team via email at support@supergravy.in. We'll replace your damaged item with a new one at no additional cost.
